Casa Rosso
About This Spot
Stepping into Casa Rosso feels like entering a secret chapter of Amsterdam’s vibrant night scene — a place where the pulse of the city slows just enough to invite curiosity and daring wonder. Hidden along the historic canals of Oudezijds Achterburgwal, this intimate theater hums with a unique blend of anticipation and playful boldness. The air carries a quiet thrill, distinctive yet unpretentious, that promises an evening unlike any other.
The mood here is colored by a delicate balance of elegance and cheeky irreverence. Performances unfold with a graceful, sometimes risqué artistry that captivates without overwhelming. There’s a sense of communal experience in the room, where visitors share the curiosity and surprise of each act. This isn’t just about watching a show; it’s about being gently pulled into a world where boundaries playfully blur and the unexpected becomes part of the charm.
Though modest in size, the theater’s atmosphere is anything but confined. The carefully curated pace invites moments of awe, laughter, and reflection, with enough space to savor the intrigue in the details. The warmth and professionalism of the staff add a grounded reassurance, quietly ensuring that every guest feels welcome and secure, enhancing the intimate connection between audience and performers.
Without an extensive menu or bustling bar, the focus here remains on the experience itself — an artful celebration of live expression that unfolds under soft lighting and the watchful eyes of those who know the space well. Occasional gifts like a playful little lollipop embody a wink of humor that lightens the mood and invites visitors to embrace the evening’s joyful spirit.
Casa Rosso quietly stands as a testament to a different kind of Amsterdam storytelling — one told with warmth, daring grace, and a genuine invitation to discover new facets of human creativity and connection during a night out in this endlessly fascinating city.

This place was a must see in Amsterdam! Sediq was truly the best bouncer in the world! Was extremely professional and made sure everyone was happy and feeling safe. He truly made this experience feel perfect and made my first experience in Amsterdam one to remember for forever! He deserves all the best things in this world! Vincent, Eric, Anas, Ronnie, Roberto, and Marco were all absolutely incredible as well. I will be back if I ever find my way back to Amsterdam one day!

It was just AMAZING, fascinating and shockingly beautiful. It will be a memories forever. The best place to visit in Amsterdam. We were absolutely captivated and couldn't tear ourselves away for a second. All the performers were beautiful, graceful, and artistic. The only two comments are that: it would be nice more performances and the ability to buy drinks at the bar. Highly recommended.

The erotic shows were well-executed, and most of them were a lot of fun to watch. That said, there was one act where a man pulled a ribbon from a vagina, which I found a bit gross, it’s not for everyone. The doorman came off as a little rude, but I can understand the need for strictness to maintain order in a place like this. On the lighter side, the ticket master handed me a dick-shaped lollipop, which added some humor to the experience. The voice anchor was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed his witty and engaging announcements. Overall, it was a great erotic show and a memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re open to exploring something different in Amsterdam!

It's the best live show I've been to, nothing quite like it. It was my first experience so it's something I will always rememeber and it was very enjoyable. Once you paid, you can stay there as long as you like. The only thing I wasn't a massive of was the wait times between the acts which I get. I was by myself and you can't use your phone so I was a bit bored, something to think about. The seats of the theater are close, so leg room wasn't great. Staff were really great, I gave too much on the door and he could of just taken the money but instead he gave it back and was really helpful. It is very expensive to get in but a one off is worth it. Overall, if I was there and had enough cash I would go to watch the acts once again.

I think this show is great for couples or a small group of friends. Is it more a show for entertainment tho. Ticket is €65 with a drink (a lollipop as well if you are a girl), they don’t sell drinks there so you will only have the one drink. After you get your drink upstairs, you can either seat at the mezzanine (very far from stage and often empty) or the stalls area. It is a very small and compact theatre. 12 seats each roll with the walkway in the middle. There’s around 8-10 shows that they rotate in the same order throughout the night. About 2-3 minutes break between each. So around 1.5 hours to see everything. They cycle with a couples act, solo act and “comedy” act sometimes involving audience. Most of them involve people clapping so don’t come expecting something too “sexy” but more a 18+ show.

Very interesting experience. Bought a ticket for 65 euros. They have short acts lasting about 5 mins or so each. One act is light hearted involving the audience members, followed by hard core intercourse, and then it keeps cycling like that. The seating is very tight, barely any space to move. They offer you one drink with the ticket, but you're not allowed to buy more drinks. The bouncers are a bit intimidating for no reason all the time, but i guess i could understand, because of the nature of the place, I guess its important to maintain decorum otherwise it would be a mess. I probably would not visit again, but for a one time visit, I think it certainly deserves 5 stars. Very worthy of visit for tourists trying to get a feel of the vibe of Amsterdam.

Amazing experience, fun, laughter and some great performers. The only downside (and reason for 4 ⭐) is they only allow 1 drink for the whole hour… cannot even purchase more if you wanted to. Still great entertainment!
